░▒▓ Overview

Designed the analytics layer for an enterprise compliance platform, translating complex operational data into clear insights for manufacturing executives. The goal: enable leaders to answer "How healthy is our compliance?" at a glance.

Built KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and automated reporting that surface issues before they become problems—helping organizations stay audit-ready without drowning in spreadsheets.

░▒▓ Executive Dashboard

Designed a dashboard that answers the questions executives actually ask: "Are we compliant?" "Where are we at risk?" "What needs attention today?"

░▒▓ What I Learned

>>

Metrics Must Answer Business Questions

KPIs are useless if stakeholders don't understand what to do with them. Every metric needs context: "What does this mean? What action should I take?"

::

Less Is More for Executives

Executives don't want 50 metrics—they want 1 number and the ability to drill down if needed. Health scores beat metric dumps.

/\

Trends Beat Snapshots

"CAPA closure is 85%" tells nothing. "CAPA closure improved from 78% to 85% over 3 months" tells a story. Always show direction.

$$

Automate the Routine

Manual reporting is a time sink. Scheduled reports and alerts free up analyst time for actual analysis instead of data wrangling.
